Ignition of Revival. This article will help ignite your hunger to fulfilling purpose and help you take that step of courage you need and re-kindle your faith in God, get your earpiece plugged to your phone, play an inspirational song and enjoy.
Purpose gives sense to existence.
The word purpose is defined as the reason for which something is done or exists.
I know this word is not new to most of us, we have probably thought others or been thought.
But I want you to follow me carefully so as for you to gain the deep insight of it in Christiandom.
As for some of us we have always mix this two words:
We have always mixed this words to be same as PURPOSE in which they are of different entity but interrelated/intertwined.
Let's examine the definitions one after the other but we won't discuss extensively.
Destiny means: The fixed order of things; invincible necessity; FATE; an irresistible power or agency conceived of as determining the future, whether in general or of an individual.
On the other hand, Gift means Something given to another voluntarily, without charge.
A TALENT or natural ability.
Something gained incidentally, without effort.
If you noticed in my definition i capitalized two words, reason being that most people do think this words have different meanings but note they are synonymous to each other i.e. FATE is same as DESTINY.
GIFT is same as TALENT.
Let's make purpose definition simple.
What you know how to do in called Gift.
What you desire to become is called Destiny.
But what you will be doing in where you wish to be(Destiny)/the problem you will solve with what you have(gift) is what we call PURPOSE.
The reason why people don't fulfil purpose is that they are too busy for destiny.
Now let's observe the way this words interrelate.
When you have a gift that gift is to serve a purpose which will take you to the place of destiny.
Know this today if you have a gift and you do not use it for the right purpose or use it at all, coat and uncoat "you can never get to the place of destiny"
You are RICH does not mean you are fulfilling PURPOSE. Iu
The reason why you see so many people out there, especially we youth and teenagers being misled or taking irrational decision is because, most people do not understand the purpose of their gift.

Let's start by examining the word of God to have better understanding of this teaching.
Genesis 3:1-5
[1]NOW THE serpent was more subtle and crafty than any living creature of the field which the Lord God had made. And he [Satan] said to the woman, Can it really be that God has said, You shall not eat from every tree of the garden? [Rev. 12:9-11.]
[2]And the woman said to the serpent, We may eat the fruit from the trees of the garden,
[3]Except the fruit from the tree which is in the middle of the garden. God has said, You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.
[4]But the serpent said to the woman, You shall not surely die, [II Cor. 11:3.]
[5]For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing the difference between good and evil and blessing and calamity.
I need you to digest this verse patiently, devil knew something that Eve does not know, verse one makes us realize that the serpent was the most subtle(cunning) than any living creature. But Eve allowed this animal to draw her attention, the devil knew she was destined for something great, but the moment her idleness draws the attention of the serpent she begin to fail.
Note: she was out of perimeter of purpose, close to the tree so the devil could convince her to step out of purpose and be espoused to an unknown course, we will come back to this.
Let's consider how these 3 factors works together and what happens when one this factor is being tampered with.
Gift.
Purpose.
Destiny.
The Bible says in Proverbs 18:16 that:
[16] A man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men.
This Gift makes room for Purpose that establishes Destiny.
We will make 2-3 people as case study to understand this concepts.
Let's examine the life of Joseph.
I will advice us to do personal study after reading up from Genesis 37-39.
I will start teaching from verses 39.
Joseph from his childhood was known to be a dreamer and the ability to interpret such, he has that gift. But the purpose was yet to be established, he has been destined for greatness but the purpose is yet to be realized.
His brothers hated him for his gift, he was eventually sold out, luckily for him he was resold to potiphar, the captain and the chief executioner of the royal guard.
But all this hatred his brother had was for a purpose, know this today if God has destined you for greatness he never makes the journey easy, he will make sure you pay a price.
Joseph is destined to be a leader, to get to this destination he needs his gift which is to serve that purpose.
Another thing to note is that, when God wants you to fulfill purpose he takes you out of your comfort zone.
Just as he did with Abraham
Issaic
Jacob etc.
Genesis 39:6
[6]And [Potiphar] left all that he had in Joseph's charge and paid no attention to anything he had except the food he ate. Now Joseph was an attractive person and fine-looking.
I want you to observe d last line of d vs of d Bible it says Now the question is what happened before, he was attractive but not relevant but the moment Joseph begin to make use of his gift for the right purpose, attention was drawn to him. I won't go deep into this because it is not a teaching for today.
Note: Along the journey of Destiny there are voices that will try to Silent the voice of purpose.
My point of emphasis is that Joseph has a gift but he used it for the intended purpose, circumstances around him didn't make him loose focus, unlike youth of our generation once we have this gift our orientation changes completely to making profit from such. We allow our circumstances determine the direction of God's purpose in our life.

How to discover your purpose with your gift to fulfilling your Destiny.
You see your destiny is what you are programmed with, but can this can be reversed(Not a teaching for today).
Let's maintain the teaching of purpose most people have asked this question how do i know my gift, destiny and purpose.

You see to know your purpose is very easy.
People who discovered Solar energy, those who invented bulb, computer, software etc, those who becomes terrorist, musicians, artist etc. All are for a purpose.
Among all this the only way to fulfilling purpose is by knowing your gift, what is inside you, the unique version that no one else sees except you '''to be honest no one can help you discover purpose except you'''.
Your current situation is for a purpose, in fact this on going seminar is for a purpose, believe it or not COVID-19 is for a purpose.
People can manipulate your destiny/foresee your destiny! But as for Purpose, it lies within you and you are the only one that can alter that. Just as the devil did to Eve.
It is what only you and you alone carry, it is the unique reason why you ever existed in the first place, know this if you fail to realize and fulfill your purpose, those that are destined to sojourn alongside with you will suffer the consequences of your actions.
A lot of unfulfilled purpose are in the grave yard, that's why God keep raising people, why he keeps raising army of his Kingdom.
Joseph was destined to be a Prime Minister in Egypt but he had to be born in Isreal, in order to save Isreal in the future, he had to go through Potiphar house to the Prison, from prison to the palace and he became the Prime Minister all of this strategy is for a purpose but in every stage God has staged a stage for purpose.
For David, he was destined to become a King, but he was outside the palace, he was irrelevant in his fathers(Jesse) house, tending flocks and killing Lion's and bear's in the wilderness, all of this was for a purpose, so as to train his hand in defeating Goliath and at the appointed time he became the King of Isreal.
You might be irrelevant in your fathers house today but your tomorrow holds a bright future.
Your present situation is not the determinant of your future but it serves as a compliment to the establishment of it.
Jesus was laid in a manger after his birth, raised in the house of a carpenter, lived in a mere city, crucified on the Cross but today he reign in his Majesty. all was for a purpose.
Know this today the journey of purpose is the most difficult journey on earth, if you are to fulfill purpose you must definitely be ready for rejection and criticism, you must be ready for the hardship, it is a journey that takes longer day to realize but brings a great turn around in just a seconds, so u need to exercise Patience, it is a journey of foolishness but yet the greatest wisdom that man ever convinced.

You might want to ask why, i do give you reasons, whenever Purpose is calling, life begins to become difficult for you, you will have that unique gift, Your destiny will begin to draw attention to greater dimension if you are not careful such emotion will bring in tension and pressure that will destroy your destination.
Pardon me, i wish to speak less of Rhema but that's the way the Holy Spirit inspires me so i have to Concur. I remember there was a time the Holy Spirit taught me something about opportunity he said 'It is not every door of opportunity that is open that is meant for you' You seeing a door opening for you does not mean you have access to that door ask yourself do i really have the security clearance to that door, if you badge in when u are not to i tell you, u will definitely pay the price. Why am i saying all these?
It simply because this is the area where many people failed(answering the call of purpose) in fulfilling purpose and if you don't draw yourself out of that fantasy, your destiny is pretty much at stake.
Let me go back to that Genesis 3 to see what happened, Eve saw a door of opportunity right before her she could have thought she had made the right choice, let's imagine it she was like oh! Really the serpent the most cunning animal came to me not even Adam has this opportunity, she was lost in her fantasy and eventually she walked through a door that forever put human race destiny at stake.
Note: whenever you comprise with purpose you put a generation at stake.
Joseph in Genesis 39 saw a door of opportunity with Potiphar's wife but he quickly realized there is a greater Treasure that shouldn't be compromised with Pleasure
David saw an opportunity of being in the palace with Saul, the very offer that endangers his life so far in the scripture, but thank God he was saved from that fantasy
Even Jesus was tempted by the serpent at different stages but he overcome.
If you are to fulfill purpose a lot of things will happen and the only way to know if you are answering or declining the call is by identifying that purpose.
How?
Self examination
Rejection of your idea men will see your idea as foolishness just like Bill Gates, Steve Jones, Jesus Christ, Apostle Paul.
This people i mention was criticised for their perspectives in introducing a unique pattern but they knew there foolishness holds greater glory, so they ignore all form of criticism and focus on that one thing.
By praying.
Mentorship.
Salvation.
The truth is you don't have to be saved to realize and fulfil purpose but salvation helps and save you in such a way that when things are going side ways you will be so confident that you are on the right track. If you fail in any of this aspect you need to improvise.
The reason why people don't fulfil purpose:
Indiscipline.
Lack of commitment and focus.
Greediness and Intolerance.
Anxious to become famous and Pride.
Stinginess&Anger.
Pleasure.
No experience of Salvation.
Lack of Knowledge.
Impatience.
Today, examine yourself and make restitution, reignite that passion within you for Christ, keep up with that journey, it might look rough today trust me there is a better day ahead that needs today rough for that tomorrow part to be straight.
Digest this before reading the next part.
Let's kick off to the teaching on Courage i'm not alone i will be teaching with someone who will enlighten us more on this very particular topic "Be Courageous" the person is someone you know very well, most of us commune with this person everyday, this person is the HOLY SPIRIT.
I need you to be very patient and follow me closely if you really want to learn what it is to be Courageous, most of us have been taught, in fact we even teach others but today this word is coming out again i don't know to whom or for what reason, God wants us to work on this.
Being Courageous simply means taking an action that requires courage, being brave, the quality of exercising confident character.
Let's examine Joshua 1: 6-7.
[6]Be strong (confident) and of good courage, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
[7]Only you be strong and very courageous, that you may do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you. Turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
God told Joshua to be Strong and of good Courage.
You have to learn something today that we run this heavenly race not by sight but by faith, so if you really want to walk by faith is requires courage it goes beyond your confessions and believes it requires your act of bravery.
There were a lot of battle Joshua won in each stage of this battle we see that every step taken by Joshua seems foolish by sight but by faith it activates power.
There are dimensions you will never step into until you sum up courage.
Let me tell you a little secret the first place man lost courage was in the garden of Eden after eating the forbidden fruits and in exchange of that fear came in do you know why?
Our mind is programmed to choice so irrespective of the choices made there will always be a result.
Now let's look at verses 7, [7]Only you be strong and very courageous, that you may do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you. Turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
why do God asked Joshua to be very courageous in fact the pattern change i.e not just courageous but very, the Bible says the spirit which you received the world cannot because they know him not. Why all this, because in the beginning God did not give us the spirit of fear but of Power, of Love and sound mind.
Literally, here sound mind means courage because it is only through that spirit you can observe to do accordingly to all the law of God and turn not from it to the right hand or the left. "Please pay attention to this it is only with Courage that you can accept God's word without doubt"
When you have the trait of Courage you have no fear of what tomorrow may bring. But the moment Courage is lost it will immediately be replaced with fear, and the day fear steps in it replaces your identity in Christ, the day Adam ate the fruit that Eve presented to him through the serpent they lost the courage to withstand God's voice and God knew it and he asked Adam, where he was, fear do not only make the loose them ability to withstand God's voice, it also makes them to fear his presence, 'God was supposed to meet Adam in the garden waiting on him, but Adam was in hiding panting in fear'.
The same way the devil came to Adam through Eve is same way we Christian of these days lose our faith in Christ, once we see something big probably impossible before us, we totally forget God's word.
God knew Joshua was going to face the impossible so he have to tell him to be very Courageous, God reminded him of Moses so as for him to acknowledge what he did making the impossible possible.
There is a point in our life that things will look very hard and tough you don't have to loose faith all you need is courage to face the impossible, the uncertainty.
Men will say you are foolish only because no one ever did/handle things the way you are, but when you have God's approval that foolishness is greater that the wisest man wisdom.
When God told Abraham to leave his father's house to an unknown place it sounds very foolish but that foolishness enriched him.
When David was to face Goliath with 5Stones they all thought he was foolish but that step of courage gave him victory.
Joseph who rejects Potiphar's wife offer seems very foolish but that step of Courage turn his story around for good.
Ruth decision to follow Naomi seems foolish but that decision transformed her life.
Moses who went to Egypt to lead the Children of Isreal out of that land with just Aaron and his staff seems senseless but greater sign were performed with something very small.
Joshua who led the Children of Isreal after Moses death pull down the wall of Jericho with just shout of Hallelujah, something that doesn't correlate at all yet God used it as wonders.
But all this people took a step, you can't apply courage when you can't obey God's words.
Joshua 1:8 the last line in verses 7&8
[7]Only you be strong and very courageous, that you may do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you. Turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
[8]This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.
It lays emphasis on prosperity only if you do accordingly to God's words.
I do tell people that prayer is the key but having the key without knowing how to use it(Principles) is of know use, a lot of people out there prays violently but the Courage to pick up the mantle and stop moving around with title is missing, a lot of people prays to hear from God but the ability to withstand his voice just like the (Children of Isreal and when Adam and Eve sin)is missing.
Do you want God to involve himself in your matter then you have to start doing some abnormal things, and stop trying it the way others did, 'Until you take that step of faith God won't intervene'
No matter how courageous you may claim to be, no matter the level of your spirituality if you don't leave that your philosophies and doctrines and apply the right principles the chance to make progress is very low.
If you keep playing it safe and not ready to take that risk for God, you may never make impact in your Generation. What do i mean by that for example, you are in a service and under that ministration God is asking you to drop the last dime you have as offering and you refuse, oh! My dear you just traded your blessing for your anxiety by disobedience.
You just gained admission and God said it is not yet time but you went ahead, oh! Alas, you just traded Destiny for Ambition,
You just collected your Salary and God asked you to distribute to the needy or to Church project and you ignore, woe, you just traded Glory for Necessity.
You are being offered job in Chevron and God said you should reject it for house to house fellowship and you became deaf to such, what a pity, you just traded greater Glory for pride, the call of courage sounds very very foolish but for every foolish step you need to be very courageous.
God told Joshua to cross river Jordan by stepping in, what a foolish decision but lo and behold that step parted the river, you might be seeing Goliath before you but God with courage is telling your David, that is just ant before you.
It is courage that makes you tell people that my today may be at the backyard but my tomorrow lies in the Kings yard.
It is courage that makes you tell people that my today may be senseless and helpless but my tomorrow success is been seen beyond limitless length.
It is with courage you get to tell people that i might be denied access and licence to the palace today but i have Christ who has unlimited access to everything that ever makes sense.
But all you have to do is to take that step of faith, know this today for every step of success there is always a greater impossibility that only Courage can help you climb successfully.
But there are sacrifices you must make, you need the divine power of salvation and total obedience.
The only reason why people are still in that position they are today is because they never took that risk, to start that business God asked them to.
They never make that sacrifice.
They are never ready to read messages like this, they find it too boring and lengthy but they don't mind reading a whole story books and study pack for exam.
They never learn that skills they were asked to.
They never create that time to commit themselves into God's work, always missing mid week services, too stingy to give, always missing executives meeting, find no reason to be committed, they are always looking for excuse just as Adam did in the garden of Eden and they are forever denied the access to the throne.
If you are not ready to make sacrifices for God, to take risk, to act foolishly even when it doesn't make sense, when all that labour is not showing result, then you ain't ready to step further you might have all you desire but without Christ and genuine evidence of Salvation i'm so sorry for you, there is no place for greatness, you might gain this whole world but you have already lost your soul.
To make it in life you need to BE COURAGEOUS

I remember there was a time the Holy Spirit taught me something about opportunity he said 'It is not every door of opportunity that is open that is meant for you' You seeing a door opening for you does not mean you have access to that door ask yourself do i really have the security clearance to that door, if you badge in when u are not to i tell you, u will definitely pay the price. Why am i saying all these?
It simply because this is the area where many people failed(answering the call of purpose) in fulfilling purpose and if you don't draw yourself out of that fantasy, your destiny is pretty much at stake.
Let me go back to that Genesis 3 to see what happened, Eve saw a door of opportunity right before her she could have thought she had made the right choice, let's imagine it she was like oh! Really the serpent the most cunning animal came to me not even Adam has this opportunity, she was lost in her fantasy and eventually she walked through a door that forever put human race destiny at stake.
Note: whenever you comprise with purpose you put a generation at stake.
Joseph in Genesis 39 saw a door of opportunity with Potiphar's wife but he quickly realized there is a greater Treasure that shouldn't be compromised with Pleasure
David saw an opportunity of being in the palace with Saul, the very offer that endangers his life so far in the scripture, but thank God he was saved from that fantasy
Even Jesus was tempted by the serpent at different stages but he overcome.
If you are to fulfill purpose a lot of things will happen and the only way to know if you are answering or declining the call is by identifying that purpose.
How?
Self examination
Rejection of your idea men will see your idea as foolishness just like Bill Gates, Steve Jones, Jesus Christ, Apostle Paul.
This people i mention was criticised for their perspectives in introducing a unique pattern but they knew there foolishness holds greater glory, so they ignore all form of criticism and focus on that one thing.
By praying.
Mentorship.
Salvation.
The truth is you don't have to be saved to realize and fulfil purpose but salvation helps and save you in such a way that when things are going side ways you will be so confident that you are on the right track. If you fail in any of this aspect you need to improvise.
The reason why people don't fulfil purpose:
Indiscipline.
Lack of commitment and focus.
Greediness and Intolerance.
Anxious to become famous and Pride.
Stinginess&Anger.
Pleasure.
No experience of Salvation.
Lack of Knowledge.
Impatience.
Today, examine yourself and make restitution, reignite that passion within you for Christ, keep up with that journey, it might look rough today trust me there is a better day ahead that needs today rough for that tomorrow part to be straight.

BE COURAGEOUS
I need you to be very patient and follow me closely if you really want to learn what it is to be Courageous, most of us have been taught, in fact we even teach others but today this word is coming out again i don't know to whom or for what reason, God wants us to work on this.
Being Courageous simply means taking an action that requires courage, being brave, the quality of exercising confident character.
Let's examine Joshua 1: 6-7.
[6]Be strong (confident) and of good courage, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.
[7]Only you be strong and very courageous, that you may do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you. Turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
God told Joshua to be Strong and of good Courage.
You have to learn something today that we run this heavenly race not by sight but by faith, so if you really want to walk by faith is requires courage it goes beyond your confessions and believes it requires your act of bravery.
There were a lot of battle Joshua won in each stage of this battle we see that every step taken by Joshua seems foolish by sight but by faith it activates power.
There are dimensions you will never step into until you sum up courage.
Let me tell you a little secret the first place man lost courage was in the garden of Eden after eating the forbidden fruits and in exchange of that fear came in do you know why?
Our mind is programmed to choice so irrespective of the choices made there will always be a result.
Now let's look at verses 7, [7]Only you be strong and very courageous, that you may do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you. Turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
why do God asked Joshua to be very courageous in fact the pattern change i.e not just courageous but very, the Bible says the spirit which you received the world cannot because they know him not. Why all this, because in the beginning God did not give us the spirit of fear but of Power, of Love and sound mind.
Literally, here sound mind means courage because it is only through that spirit you can observe to do accordingly to all the law of God and turn not from it to the right hand or the left. "Please pay attention to this it is only with Courage that you can accept God's word without doubt"
When you have the trait of Courage you have no fear of what tomorrow may bring. But the moment Courage is lost it will immediately be replaced with fear, and the day fear steps in it replaces your identity in Christ, the day Adam ate the fruit that Eve presented to him through the serpent they lost the courage to withstand God's voice and God knew it and he asked Adam, where he was, fear do not only make the loose them ability to withstand God's voice, it also makes them to fear his presence, 'God was supposed to meet Adam in the garden waiting on him, but Adam was in hiding panting in fear'.
The same way the devil came to Adam through Eve is same way we Christian of these days lose our faith in Christ, once we see something big probably impossible before us, we totally forget God's word.
God knew Joshua was going to face the impossible so he have to tell him to be very Courageous, God reminded him of Moses so as for him to acknowledge what he did making the impossible possible.
There is a point in our life that things will look very hard and tough you don't have to loose faith all you need is courage to face the impossible, the uncertainty.
Men will say you are foolish only because no one ever did/handle things the way you are, but when you have God's approval that foolishness is greater that the wisest man wisdom.
When God told Abraham to leave his father's house to an unknown place it sounds very foolish but that foolishness enriched him.
When David was to face Goliath with 5Stones they all thought he was foolish but that step of courage gave him victory.
Joseph who rejects Potiphar's wife offer seems very foolish but that step of Courage turn his story around for good.
Ruth decision to follow Naomi seems foolish but that decision transformed her life.
Moses who went to Egypt to lead the Children of Isreal out of that land with just Aaron and his staff seems senseless but greater sign were performed with something very small.
Joshua who led the Children of Isreal after Moses death pull down the wall of Jericho with just shout of Hallelujah, something that doesn't correlate at all yet God used it as wonders.
But all this people took a step, you can't apply courage when you can't obey God's words.
Joshua 1:8 the last line in verses 7&8
[7]Only you be strong and very courageous, that you may do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you. Turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.
[8]This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.
It lays emphasis on prosperity only if you do accordingly to God's words.
I do tell people that prayer is the key but having the key without knowing how to use it(Principles) is of know use, a lot of people out there prays violently but the Courage to pick up the mantle and stop moving around with title is missing, a lot of people prays to hear from God but the ability to withstand his voice just like the (Children of Isreal and when Adam and Eve sin)is missing.
Do you want God to involve himself in your matter then you have to start doing some abnormal things, and stop trying it the way others did, 'Until you take that step of faith God won't intervene'
No matter how courageous you may claim to be, no matter the level of your spirituality if you don't leave that your philosophies and doctrines and apply the right principles the chance to make progress is very low.
If you keep playing it safe and not ready to take that risk for God, you may never make impact in your Generation. What do i mean by that for example, you are in a service and under that ministration God is asking you to drop the last dime you have as offering and you refuse, oh! My dear you just traded your blessing for your anxiety by disobedience.
You just gained admission and God said it is not yet time but you went ahead, oh! Alas, you just traded Destiny for Ambition,
You just collected your Salary and God asked you to distribute to the needy or to Church project and you ignore, woe, you just traded Glory for Necessity.
You are being offered job in Chevron and God said you should reject it for house to house fellowship and you became deaf to such, what a pity, you just traded greater Glory for pride, the call of courage sounds very very foolish but for every foolish step you need to be very courageous.
God told Joshua to cross river Jordan by stepping in, what a foolish decision but lo and behold that step parted the river, you might be seeing Goliath before you but God with courage is telling your David, that is just ant before you.
It is courage that makes you tell people that my today may be at the backyard but my tomorrow lies in the Kings yard.
It is courage that makes you tell people that my today may be senseless and helpless but my tomorrow success is been seen beyond limitless length.
It is with courage you get to tell people that i might be denied access and licence to the palace today but i have Christ who has unlimited access to everything that ever makes sense.
But all you have to do is to take that step of faith, know this today for every step of success there is always a greater impossibility that only Courage can help you climb successfully.
But there are sacrifices you must make, you need the divine power of salvation and total obedience.
The only reason why people are still in that position they are today is because they never took that risk, to start that business God asked them to.
They never make that sacrifice.
They are never ready to read messages like this, they find it too boring and lengthy but they don't mind reading a whole story books and study pack for exam.
They never learn that skills they were asked to.
They never create that time to commit themselves into God's work, always missing mid week services, too stingy to give, always missing executives meeting, find no reason to be committed, they are always looking for excuse just as Adam did in the garden of Eden and they are forever denied the access to the throne.
If you are not ready to make sacrifices for God, to take risk, to act foolishly even when it doesn't make sense, when all that labour is not showing result, then you ain't ready to step further you might have all you desire but without Christ and genuine evidence of Salvation i'm so sorry for you, there is no place for greatness, you might gain this whole world but you have already lost your soul.
To make it in life you need to BE COURAGEOUS

WHEN I WAS IN LOVE.
This series as directed by the Holy Spirit is to make us understand/see the depth of love.
You can't complete this race without the grace of God, without the power of His might, without the Holy Ghost and without Love.
This is a question i would love to ask:
Are you in Love?
Back to the question, ARE YOU IN LOVE? HAVE YOU EVER FELL IN LOVE?
Love depends on the definition you give/term it.
English dictionary defines ‘love as an intense of AFFECTION and CARE towards another.
‘A DEEP abiding LIKING for something’.
‘A sexual desire; sexual activity’, etc.
Let us consider physical thinking/psychologically, what initiate love in one's mind. What brings about FEELINGS, LIKING, DESIRE, etc?
To every human there is a part of us God constructed to feel, like and to desire. That emotion, hormone that very part of us that react to things, object or whatsoever it might be.
You know there are times when we meet some people for the 1st time, seeing them alone; their appearance, the way they speak, act, mode of dressing. That we just ADMIRE so much, same thing is applicable to objects such as; phones, bags any form of material but i tell you that isn't love but ADMIRATION; it ignites you to admire but it is when you are so much convinced then Love follows.
To expatiate on this, i tell you if that quality/quantity you see in such person/object changes/looses value you tend to create this immediate hatred for such thing.
For example, you seeing a girl from distance she seems to be like an angel because of the makeover on her face u approach her had a little conversation and you exchange number, you went on a visit to her hostel on getting there u met a young lady, you greeted and ask after the girl u exchanged number with and you were told the sister you asked after was the one you met at the gate consciously/unconscious u didn't notice because u saw another being entirely different from the makeover face, what you saw was a girl with tribal mark, you tend to lose interest in her because of that change in appearance, that isn't love but ADMIRATION.
There is a part of admire definition which state:
To LOOK upon w12/3/2018 ith ELEVATED FEELING OF PLEASURE, as something which calls out approbation, esteem, LOVE or reference.
For example, you met with a guy who appears to be a rich guy at a party, and then you felt like wow! He spent like! He asked for your number u gave him without resistance, he asked you out you agree but after a week u realize that he is just a pap seller's child, then you wonder where he got those money from, then you realize he is a scam! You tend to lose interest in such a person, that isn't love but ADMIRATION.
I.e. it is about the value you see, the pleasure you take, the satisfaction you have at that moment that calls out your love for such thing or person not the real Love.
Many a time you might cultivate your admiration to Love but not always in all cases, Love comes from within is a CONTROLLABLE AFFECTION; it’s something that moves you to react towards something controllably.
That is just a preamble.

The gift bearer Vs The fruit bearer.
The topic being inspired by the Holy Spirit is to open our eyes to see how ministries grow and how ministries fail.
It is not a surprise anymore to see the children of God (Teenagers and youth especially) to be more thirsty for the gift of the Holy Spirit than the fruit of the spirit.
1. My question is, Are you a gift bearer?
OR
2. A fruit bearer?
You might say how it is possible for one to posses’ gift without bearing fruit, or how is it possible for a tree to be without fruit.
LET US START WITH GIFT
The Bible make us to realize in the book of (JHN 1:12) ‘that has many that has received him (Jesus), is given the power to become sons of God’.
When I was in love as a topic, has open our eyes to see that Jesus is the only way to the father.
Now as a child of God born of the spirit and not of the flesh (JHN3:5-6) we now have the ability to reproduce, to posses things of the spirit.
Just as tree, seed is sown/planted it is expected of the seed to germinate and bring forth fruit and it’s expected of the tree to produce the expected fruit otherwise counted as failure, i will like to base my illustration on seed, tree and fruit.

Let start this way, when a farmer wants to plant any kind of fruit he first go through the clearing process (clearing of bush etc.).He then proceed by laying beds if necessary makes peg, sow seed and other necessary requirement for proper propagation, He either hire people to watch after the farm and pay visit once in a while or he personally carry out the operation.
When the seed is in process of germination the farmer or those hired will take it as their responsibility to give it necessary care such as removal of unwanted plant, control of pest, watering of the plant etc. until the planted seed finally gets to the stage of expectant, I will love to make use of a tree for good example. When a farmer nurtured the tree to time of adaptation, he then wait for the time of harvest so as to make it available for sale or personal consumption but if the tree refuses to produce fruit/produces bad fruit, the farmer feels sad because he had invest so much time in cultivation of the tree.
He then hope and give the tree more years so as to bear fruit but if with years the tree doesn’t, he then neglect the tree or behead it because the ground on which the tree was planted refuses to be fertile and fruitful.
This is the life so many CHRISTAIN what we are proud of is being a tree! Dear brethren you posses the gift of the spirit, you as powerful as Papa Adeboye, Baba Kumuyi and other anointed men of God known on earth but if you refuse to bear good fruit of the Holy spirit your service is a waste, you have never for once see yourself as a vessel unto honour, a vessel that is meant to bring forth/show God’s glory.
You see God represent that very farmer who as soon as you accept Jesus Christ clears your bush(sins)with the blood of Jesus, make pegs around you which serve as hedge of protection (Job 1:10A&B) and the seed sow represent the gift and other necessary things to equip you, such as the word of God etc. and then proceed by charging the angels and the Holy spirit to watch after you, guide you and direct your path and there are some that God personally/directly work with them someone like Abraham, Moses, Daniel etc.
When the gift begin to manifest God then instruct those in charge/by Himself takes it as responsibility to give necessary care, guidance, protection from evil power, from gift terminators, adding manure and fertilizers, watering us so as to grow speedily etc. until we move from baby Christian to mature Christian. Then from this moment it is expected of you to start reproducing either for your own ministry or into others ministry or both.
But if you refuse to produce fruit or the fruit you reproduce are bad kind, God feels sad because he has invest so much time in nurturing you, but because God is a merciful God, He wait hoping that you will come back to your senses and start producing the expected fruit but with time if you refuse! You become a vessel unto dishonor.
Jesus during His ministry was passing by and he was hungry he saw a tree but no fruit on it because of this he cursed the tree because it does not serve it purpose.
The psalmist make us understand that man shall be a tree planted by the river of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season(Psl 1:3) vs 4 talks about the otherwise, let us look deeply into how people leave a gift bearing life without fruit
The devil is very cunny the first thing he will always want to attack Christians with is ‘Pride’, when we see that the spirit of God is in us, we are perform signs and wonders, the spirit of pride will elevate. We won’t be submissive to correction we will always count ourselves better than others, what we do is the right thing this is the tactics of the devil to steal us away from God’s presence. But the most dangerous thing is that a gift bearer will steal and still receive from the Holy spirit, He will see vision, such person will cast out demons and also have access to realms yet such person won’t realize all he/she is doing is about laboring in vain. Before anyone can become successful in ministry such person has to bear fruit of the spirit no matter how.
For instance, someone that still drink alcohol will come to church and lead praise, play musical instrument and the congregation will be moved.
Ministers that still have sex with their members will mount the altar and signs and wonders will happen, then he will be like Wow! And the devil will appear to corrupt his mentality that there is nothing bad in having sex with members as a pastor at least God still work through him despite his sin, he is forgiven already in as much as he prays for mercy…ah! Do u know devil can even stage deliverance for you it is called magic not miracle, what you are performing is magic not miracle.
Living a gift bearing life is very dangerous because that gift won’t leave unless you choose to personally turn it off. You see the gift bearer are the one who gets involve in all forms of carnality and the devil will keep corrupting their mentality they engage in the work of the flesh. They are the people on street now, that is the very reason why the church seems so cold today why spirituality is been tushed up come as you are.
Christian if you are operating in ministry as a gift bearer you are in danger, of course, you are definitely chosen and called by God but you have allow ignorance push you away from God’s statutes and ordinances.
Truly you didn’t add anything to your ministry (dark power) and your ministry keep flourish but you are prospering under sin, Note: You are being held captive by your gift.
If you really want to make it to heaven and you need a perfect and righteous life you have to start working along with the fruit of the fruit Holy spirit you need to produce that fruit along with the gift.

Jesus do not want a drunk but he needs you to be spiritually drunk, He is not looking for prostitute but he needs you to portrait an examplenary life of Christ, He does not want those that easily get angry, lie, engage in immoral talk do all sort of immorality he needs you to be totally save and live for him alone.
The devil is wise and he is deceiving a lot of Christians and churches today because he does not want them to make it to heaven(matt 7:16-20) talks about the type of tree we are vs 21 reveals the consequence and 22 talks more on the gift bearer and 23 finalize the reward. So if you still posses gift without fruit it’s high time you amend your way and start possessing fruit and start producing fruit(Gal 5:22-26).
